While we are pretty confident we offer good working conditions and a good working atmosphere, starting at a new company can be pretty daunting. And so we really do our best to make it as easy as possible.
Before you even start, we put together a detailed introduction plan with your future boss. We make sure your workplace and the things you need are ready when you arrive. And we ‘announce’ each new employee on the Intranet. To make sure you know your way round, we’ll show you round the headquarters, and so that you have someone to support and help you in your first couple of weeks, we assign everyone a ‘Tutor’.
The ‘Sysmex Week’ takes place four times each year for all our new staff. Everyone attends – whatever the position in the company. During this one-week programme, all the departments introduce themselves. But it’s not just about giving everyone an idea of our structures and processes. We believe strongly in the importance of our corporate identity and culture, and are keen to talk about them here too. The week includes a few meals together to get to know one another and a visit to our great production facility in Neumünster, where we produce our reagents.
